When you submit your class, we collect:
- Company or school name
- Dance style(s)
- City or town
- Postcode (converted to map coordinates)
- Facebook link (optional)
- Email address (optional, only if you request update notifications)
4. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to:
- Display your dance class on the public SBK Map Directory
- Generate a map marker using postcode coordinates
- Allow users to filter and search for classes
- Contact you if updates are needed (only if you opted in)
5. Lawful Basis for Processing
We rely on your explicit consent to publish your class information on the public map. You provide this consent when completing the submission form.

The map uses essential cookies required for functionality. Optional analytics cookies are only used if you consent.

Your data is stored securely in Microsoft Forms and internal SBK systems. Postcodes are converted to latitude/longitude for map display, and full addresses are not stored.
9. How Long We Keep Your Data
Your class listing remains on the public map until:
- You request removal
- Your class becomes inactive
- We review and update the directory

You have the right to:
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Request removal of your listing
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request a copy of your data

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Your listing will be removed from the map within 7 days.
